The meeting was called to order by President Brandon Honcoop at 6:30 PM.  Don Dicks led us in the Pledge and D.V. Hurst did a stand in Norweigen joke for inspiration for  Jim Feek who was absent ? "Svenn tells Olie that a man is incomplete until he is married, then he is finished". Jim Going introduced his wife Pam, Joanne Primevera introduced former Kirkland Rotarian visiting God's country (Kirkland on a sunny day) from God's Country (Sonoma County, California practically every day) who reported that his new club has imported Miracle league and a Fourth of July Picnic complete with "Duck Dash" from here to there.

For announcements Patti Sims informed that this Saturday at Perrigo Park (please be there at 9:30AM) is the first Miracle league game for the season with 15 kids signed up and asked for volunteers for that blessing in giving.  Barb Seaton remined us of the Kirkland Rotary Foundation auction this Friday the 27th at the Kirkland Women's Club starting at 6:00PM for a live auction, Bruner's speghetti dionner, wine and fun to benefit the Kirkland Police Dept. waring alert system for endangered moms and the Baby day for Northwest Harvest.

Here is a link to past Miracle League seasons photos and the very heart warming video/slide show Chris Rusnak put together.  Chris thanks so much for the photos and video.
