There is a Rotary First Harvest work party scheduled for Oct 12th.

Speaker:

Jason Overleese introduced our speaker Jaime Slutzky, who spoke to us on virtual fitness and coaching.  Jaime was educated in computer science, did sports and failed at group fitness adventures.  Jaime stresses that fitness is supposed to be fun and we should be working out a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week.  Jaime suggested we should have a personal trainer and/or join an online exercise class, balance your activities, start with your core, but to always get up and start moving. Run when you could walk.  There is an interrelationship between exercise and nutrition and it needs to be a balanced relationship.

Happy Dollars:  100% of the Rotarians in attendance had something to share.

Joker Pool:  Won by Alice Volpe…  approx $400 to help Al with the interior on his boat.
