What’s it‘s like working in a U.S. embassy
Vice Consul Megan Truxillo is a career diplomat with the United States Department of State posted to the United States Embassy in Guatemala, and will discuss with Rotarians her experiences working in a U.S. embassy in an international setting.
 
Megan's current rotation is with the American Citizen Services unit, where she assists American citizens living and traveling in Guatemala.  Prior to joining the State Department, she worked as an attorney in Washington and California.  She grew up in Kirkland, attending local public schools.
