The club’s board of directors met on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Prevail Wealth Management. Highlights included an update on preparations for the Great Kirkland Rotary Rummage Sale this summer; appointment of a president-elect to fill the vacancy; review of the calendar for next year that anticipates club approval of the three-per-month meeting schedule; and an extensive review and board approval of the proposed revisions to the club's bylaws.The treasurer’s report for April was distributed, the treasurer noting that the operating fund is at approximately $5,200, and the service projects fund at about $108,000. The board reaffirmed the maintenance of four operating accounts at Banner Bank, and approved an interest-bearing account to hold a portion of the club's funds.
The membership chair reported on a prospective individual member, the membership committee discussed implementation of the ClubRunner membership success system, re-establishment of new member orientations, and creation of spouse memberships and a potential honorary member.
