The club’s board of directors held a special meeting after the regular club meeting on Monday, April 10, 2023, via Zoom. The single purpose special meeting was solely to address needed revisions to the club's bylaws. The bylaws committee compared the old versions of bylaws to the current recommended language and required elements provided by Rotary International, and proposed extensive changes to the board. Board members reviewed the revisions article by article and section by section, making several changes to the proposed language revisions. An updated draft will be prepared for the regular April board meeting scheduled on April 20, 2023. The board meeting schedule is published in the club's Calendar.
