Club members' readership of the bulletin, The Spokesman, in July was relatively stable compared to the rates in June. Readership rates were 68% and 65%, compared to the July range of 61% to 68%. Contextually, this is an improvement since membership fell from the low 40's to the high 30's. Additionally, the non-member rates have strengthened since the addition to the mailing list of recent years' scholarship recipients and students of the month. July's rates for the same editions were 44% and 49% of the 130 and 129 addressees, respectively.
