Club members' readership of the bulletin, The Spokesman, took a dip early in March, but rebounded for the balance of the month. The bulletin is delivered through the ClubRunner system, addressed to the primary email provided by each Rotarian. Blocked or bounced emails are investigated and, hopefully, cleared by the webmaster. For most of March the bulletin received a 100% delivery rate. Readership rates ranged from 57% to 73%.
