At their March 6 meeting, the members of the Rotary Club of Kirkland approved a revision to Article XI, Method of Electing Members, of the club's bylaws, which established corporate membership in the club. The board's committee on corporate membership proposed the bylaws revision and an accompanying dues schedule after researching recommended language and dues structures through Rotary International, and consulting with the District 5030 governor and area clubs.

The language permits a corporation to identify one principal member and up to four alternate members, each of whom must go through the membership approval process established by the club. Members may view the new language by clicking HERE, until the fully revised bylaws are completed by the board of directors, approved by the club membership, and then posted to the Documents area of the Operations section of ClubRunner.
