The members of the Rotary Club of Kirkland approved an updated constitution at their March 6, 2023 regular meeting. President Amy Mutal presented the revised constitution and explained that Rotary International requires each club adopt the club constitution approved by the Rotary International Board of Directors.
Twenty-four members attended the meeting, which satisfied the existing constitutional requirement of two-thirds of the members to establish a quorum. The updated constitution is available to club members in the Documents area of the Operations section of ClubRunner.
