The Rotary Club of Kirkland will meet on Mondays at the Courtyard by Marriott at 11215 NE 124th Street in Kirkland for the next several months. The Courtyard has reserved the Rose Hill meeting room for the club, although meetings will also be held in the Evergreen meeting room.

After considering the results of the club's brief meeting survey, taking into account the locations and amenities of the other options under review, and considering the impact of switching back and forth between in-person meetings and Zoom meetings for several months, President DeBois determined the best course of action is to settle into the Courtyard for the next several months for the sake of stability and consistency. Other venues may be considered again after the new year arrives.

The hotel is providing the club a 20 person minimum at $25 per person plus tax and a 22% service charge, totaling $33.61 with all taxes and fees. The room rental includes an LCD projector, screen, buffet with variety of menu options (see prior editions of the Spokesman for details), water service, and parking in the garage and the outside lot. The Courtyard will have a cash bar available during Rotary events. The club will honor existing Dinner Tickets for the meetings at the Courtyard. The individual meal charge without a Dinner Ticket will be $35.00.
