The August diversity, equity, and inclusion program series, The Legacy of Racism in America, continued with the second installment at the last meeting. Rotarians can look forward to Paula-Ann Clements extending the DEI conversation with a talk on the Native American experience on August 24. The August series will culminate with a talk by former KING 5 television investigative reporter Linda Byron on August 31; she will discuss with Rotarians equity in policing and what it means to “defund” the police.
