The club’s board of directors met on Monday evening, June 23, 2025 at the Banner Bank branch in downtown Kirkland. Highlights included approval of changes to the Bylaws to revise the meeting structure, update the name of the rummage sale committee, and establish committee representation and membership requirements; approving new officer signature authorities; setting the pricing for the auction dinner and admission, postponing the adoption of the 2025-2026 fiscal year budget; and approving a candidate for membership for recommendation to the club's members.Auction committee co-chair Cody Baker and foundation president John Pruitt reported on the arrangements for the auction, sponsorships, auction items, and raise the paddle alternatives for fundraising.
The board reviewed the treasurer's budget draft, and determined to postpone the adoption until the treasurer returns from travels in order to revise the budget to eliminate expense details and combine various expenditure lines into "lump sums" for committee chair discretion.
