The club’s board of directors held a special meeting the evening of Wednesday, May 3, 2023, via Zoom. The limited purpose special meeting was held to consider the report of the board's nominating committee, and approve the recommended slate of officers and Avenues of Service committee heads. The board also considered several options for returning to QuickBooks for club budgeting and accounting, and approved a proposal to purchase an annual license for the Plus version that provides budgeting, accounting, and comparative reporting.
