The club’s board of directors met on the 15th of October, and discussed a wide range of business. Highlights included a report on four potential new members, disbursement of $13,000 in scholarship funds and $2,000 for international projects, suspension of the student exchange program due to COVID-19 risks, a number of current and potential community service projects, an update on the student of the month and scholarship programs, and some new program ideas. The board approved club sponsorship of a virtual wine tasting event, which will be promoted to all club members shortly.
