Paya Bankcard will be performing scheduled maintenance on its firewall firmware on Saturday, January 16, 2021, between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. EST. Paya will be performing scheduled maintenance on its database systems on Sunday, January 17, 2021 between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. EST.
During the maintenance windows, Paya systems including My Virtual Reports, Virtual Terminal, Paya Exchange, Paya Connect and Paya Gateway may be unavailable for extended periods of time. The vendor will make every effort to keep the planned service interruption as brief as possible, appreciates our understanding, and apologizes in advance for any inconvenience.
