On May 15, club members were provided a ballot with the slate of officers and directors sent to them by the board of directors, took a nomination from the floor, and elected officers and endorsed directors for the Rotary year beginning on July 1, 2023. The new board of directors includes the following five officers and five directors of Rotary Avenue of Service Committees:- President: Gary Cohn

The Nominating Committee of John Pruitt (past-president), Pete Anderson (vice president), and Gary Cohn (president-elect) proposed the list of Rotarians for the officer and Rotary Avenue of Service Committee chair cadre for 2023-2024. Not included in the slate were candidates for vice president, vocational service chair, and programs and speakers chair. Approval of the slate was granted during the special board meeting on Wednesday night, May 3, in anticipation of club action during the in-person meeting on May 15.
The club still must determine who will serve in the vice president role. According to the club's bylaws, the vice president automatically accedes to the president-elect position, the president-elect automatically accedes to the president position, and the president automatically accedes to the immediate past-president position. Not having a vice president in office creates a difficult leadership challenge for the club in the ensuing years.
