During her senior year, Hailey Parent was the vice president and treasurer of the Juanita High School National Honor Society. In those roles, she manages a club of 250+ members as well as organized donation drives, club volunteer events, and planned an annual community event in collaboration with various Juanita clubs and organizations. Haley was a varsity swimmer for the Girls Swim and Dive team for four years and attended KingCo competition twice with the team. Haley served as the head manager for Juanita Ravens Wrestling where she scored, managed inventory, and traveled with the team. After graduation, Haley will attend Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to study health sciences and physical therapy. She is one of only forty students accepted into the PT program nationwide. Haley notes she grew up volunteering and has always had a desire to serve. Eventually, she aims to create an environment of compassionate workers, eager to rehabilitate and care for athletes and underrepresented groups in need of rehabilitation.
