The Rotary Club of Kirkland held its auction back in September and Rick Ostrander cashed in his purchase of whiskey tasting for six at Rotarian Brandon Honcoop’s house that Brandon was so kind to offer up as an auction item. We were greeted with Manhattans when we arrived and to a very elegant table setting. Ten samples ranging from Bourbon to Rye to Scotch Whiskey were sipped and tons of snacks to keep us fed. We received a tour later of Brandon’s extensive collection of whiskeys and wine. Then we sat down again for a hardy stew to complete the night. In attendance were from left to right, Rick Walter, Dave Aubry, John Pruitt, Rich Bergdahl, Cody Baker, Rick Ostrander and our host Brandon Honcoop.
