The HERO House Fun Run is coming up next weekend, Sept. 7, and they are critically short on volunteers for the course. Hero House staff estimate their support needs at 10 volunteers to help on Saturday the 7th from about 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 or 10:00 a.m. The race will be at Redmond Municipal Park on the scenic Sammamish River Trail. The race itself starts at 8:00 a.m., so volunteers need to be there by 7:30 a.m. at the latest. Here is the race registration site: https://runsignup.com/Race/WA/Redmond/HEROHouse5K.
