Andrew Ndayambaje is a resource mobilizer and human services professional with over a decade of experience in trauma-informed services, both in the nonprofit and government sectors. He specializes in collaborating and supporting agencies that provide comprehensive services to families and individuals, helping to remove barriers to success and address human services needs within communities.

 

A graduate in International Community Development from Northwest University, Andrew is dedicated to creating equitable access to services for underserved and under-resourced communities. He draws inspiration from his grandparents, who not only preached the gospel but also actively lived it by advocating for social justice, loving their neighbors, and promoting human rights for all, particularly for women and children. Andrew is deeply committed to community service and working with marginalized groups, firmly believing in equal opportunities for everyone.

 

Andrew is a co-founder of the Rev. Yohana Runyange Memorial Foundation. He works for the City of Bellevue as a Human Services Planner.
