Rotarians' dues statement for the new Rotary year will be published during the first week of July, and are due by July 31. There are no significant differences in statements this year. The format and how Rotarians will be able to pay online remains the same as last year. There are some small adjustments in dues amounts led by increases in district and national charges.

Last year, the club implemented the online dues and billing module that is built into the ClubRunner system. That means dues statements will be produced again this year by the ClubRunner system and sent to members in an email, similar to how Rotarians receive meeting announcements and the club's bulletin, the Spokesman.

Because the online system includes acceptance of credit cards, again this year club members will be able to pay dues with a credit card through the Rotary Club of Kirkland website. Each statement has a "button" or "link" that takes the member to an online payment page that accepts credit cards. Please remember to use the statement payment "button" only for payment of dues.

Rotarians may also make donations through the online system that has been active for the past year. For example, Happy Bucks contributions (those made prior to receiving an invoice), Duck Dash sponsorships, Rotary International Foundation contributions, and other "non-invoiced" payments may be made through his Donation page. Of course, Rotarians may still make payments and contributions by check or cash.

Each Rotarian's dues invoice totaling $340 will display the components listed below. If any Rotarian would like to receive a paper copy of his or her dues invoice, please send Gary Cohn a note requesting that a paper copy be mailed.
