The City of Kirkland is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 2, 2023, at 5 p.m. to unveil the installation of a new crosswalk at the entrance of Marina Park at Kirkland Avenue and Lakeshore Plaza. The crosswalk is modeled after the Intersex-Inclusive Progress Pride flag. The ribbon cutting ceremony is one of several events in Kirkland and the Eastside to celebrate Pride Month. The city invites community members to come and enjoy ice cream, games, swag, and more to celebrate the crosswalk unveiling with city council members, local businesses, and interest groups.ROTARY HAS A TABLE!
