The club's board of directors approved the Club Meeting Calendar 2024-2025 so that members may access the schedule of meetings for the upcoming Rotary year. Meetings have also been posted to the club's Calendar on the website. The schedule attempts to respect the club vote on the holding in-person meetings on the first and third Mondays, virtual meetings on the second Mondays, and scheduling bye weeks on the fourth and the occasional fifth Mondays. Adjustments were made to avoid holding only one meeting, or only one in-person meeting, during January and February when Monday holidays interrupt the meeting cadence. Adjustments were also made to relieve members of meetings adjacent to the rummage sale in July.
