Our Rotary Club of Kirkland took club action during the in-person meeting on December 16 to elect a slate of officers, directors, and other board members during its annual meeting and holiday party. The officers and directors take office with the new Rotary year on July 1, 2025:

- International Service Chair: Rashmi Garimella
- Club Service Chair: Doug Evanson
- Membership Chair: Cody Baker
- Rotary Foundation Liaison: John Pruitt

Three offices are advanced automatically; once a Rotarian is elected vice president, he or she automatically advances to president-elect, then president, and then immediate past president according to the Rotary Club of Kirkland Bylaws. In addition to the six named officers, the five avenues of service club chairs, the membership chair, program chair, and sergeant-at-arms are voting members of the board. Other directors are ex-officio and non-voting (i.e., foundation liaisons, executive director/secretary).
