At the invitation of Rich Bergdahl, renowned real estate economist Matthew Gardner will be speaking to the club's membership during the June 10 virtual meeting. Formerly the chief economist with Windermere Real Estate, Matthew travels the world addressing real estate economics issues with groups for whom the information makes a difference in their business pursuits.
