During July, the Rotary Club of Kirkland's will host and hear from several beverage industry leaders, and tasting will be included in one or more of the programs! Dr. Jeff Peterson will entertain Rotarians with the history of cider production around the world, an overview of how cider is produced, and insights gained through a personal journey in the cider business. Wine making consultant Bob Betz will offer his perspective of how and why the wine industry has exploded, where we are now, and the opportunities and challenges of the future.
