Our Rotary Club of Kirkland took club action during the in-person meeting on December 18 to elect a slate of officers, directors, and other board members during its annual meeting and holiday party, which offices take effect with the new Rotary year in July, 2024:

- Immediate Past-President: Gary Cohn
- Treasurer: John Storbeck
- Secretary: Rashmi Garimella
- Community Service Chair: No candidate
- Vocational Service Chair: Michelle Cazeau
- Youth Service Chair: Jocelyn Ellison
- International Service Chair: Isabelle Kalisa
- Club Service Chair: Doug Evanson
- Membership Chair: Rick Walter
- The Rotary Foundation Liaison: John Pruitt

Three offices are advanced automatically; once a Rotarian is elected vice president, he or she automatically advances to president-elect, then president, and then immediate past president according to the Rotary Club of Kirkland Bylaws. In addition to the six named officers, the five avenues of service club chairs are voting members of the board. Other directors are ex-officio and non-voting.
