Hello Rotarians! I just came back from a mission trip to the Arkansas and Missouri area. It was the most fulfilling experience of my life as I volunteered in various communities! I am going back to Brigham Young University this Fall and planning on majoring in Information Systems and working as a technology support specialist. Thank you for the scholarship! It has really helped me work towards my academic and personal life goals.

Rotary dues payments were due by Sunday, July 31, 2022. As of August 8, 81% of 36 active club members have paid dues; seven accounts remain outstanding. Dues may be paid using the online Dues & Billing System links in the statements emailed on July 1 and 15. The link is embedded in the bold words "Pay Now" in the body of the document. Online payment does require a credit or debit card. Members may also pay by check through the U.S. Mail. If you need a duplicate invoice mailed, please send a request to Gary Cohn.
The club held two meetings during July 2022. Both meetings were held at the Courtyard by Marriott, and all included a Zoom option. Overall club attendance for the month was 36.5%, lower than the preceding four months. January through June attendance ranged from 37% to 43%. As a footnote, the club's membership fell from 43 to 36 with the start of the new year, so the base for the calculation is different. No attendance was gathered for two events in July, the branding party and Duck Dash day-of-race activities.
Club members' readership of the bulletin, The Spokesman, in July was relatively stable compared to the rates in June. Readership rates were 68% and 65%, compared to the July range of 61% to 68%. Contextually, this is an improvement since membership fell from the low 40's to the high 30's. Additionally, the non-member rates have strengthened since the addition to the mailing list of recent years' scholarship recipients and students of the month. July's rates for the same editions were 44% and 49% of the 130 and 129 addressees, respectively. A bulletin is "read" when the email containing it is opened by the recipient.
