Rotary Club of Kirkland Student of the Month for March Subhasheni Venkatesh describes herself as a resilient problem solver with a high-priority goal of pursuing a degree in computer science. Inspired by her parents' achievements in the tech industry, she’s immersed herself in the world of programming, hoping to use these skills to meaningfully impact others around her. Subhasheni is the Girls Who Code treasurer, Indian American Community Services secretary, and National Honor Society mentor and tutor. She supports her peers by planning community events, fundraisers, hackathons, managing club funds, taking attendance, and planning meetings. Outside of school, she volunteers at Radiance Learning Academy as an unpaid basic math tutor for preschoolers and kindergarteners.Meet the March 2024 Student of the Month
